We operate as an independent, volunteer-run collective of researchers, investigators, writers, and esoteric historians from across the globe. If you have a deep respect for the anomalous, a rigorous mind. And a desire to contribute to a premier global archive of the unexplained, your place is with us.
Current Openings & Roles
We are currently expanding our volunteer staff across two core pillars:
1. Paranormal Investigators & Field Researchers
Are you actively out in the field capturing evidence, interviewing witnesses, or analyzing historical sites? We are looking for boots-on-the-ground investigators who approach the anomalous with a balance of open-minded curiosity and rigorous skepticism.

What You’ll Do: Conduct field investigations, gather and analyze data (EVPs, photographic/thermal evidence), research local archives for historical context, and submit structured field reports for the 13 Society directory.

Ideal Qualifications: Experience with investigative fieldwork or historical research. Strict adherence to ethical investigation standards (respecting property rights and safety); proficiency with documentation equipment.
2. Writers, Historians & Content Creators
Can you weave historical fact with chilling folklore? Do you have a talent for long-form deep dives into occult history, cryptozoology, urban legends, or cybersecurity conspiracies?

What You’ll Do: Write compelling articles, newsletter features, and location breakdowns for our global index; fact-check reader submissions; explore lesser-known esoteric histories and societal turning points.

Ideal Qualifications: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; a strong background or interest in history, mythology, or the paranormal; ability to research thoroughly and cite sources accurately.
