This Month Jupiter moves into Cancer. We celebrate the Solstice (either Summer or Winter depending on our hemisphere).
Many new beginnings are ahead and the Solstice is always a very powerful and magical energy period.
Jupiter in Cancer is in its sign of Exaltation. Now which increases fortunate situations and encourages better relationships with those close to us. Make a fuss of those you see as your partner and or Family this month, and don’t hesitate to do special things together. Make reasons to celebrate,life should have the importance of occasion. Go out in nature, enjoy a picnic meal. See a good movie with each other or share your news with a well cooked meal. Cancerian areas favor family, home, matters to do with relationships and children, cooking and domestic wellbeing.
Midsummer and the Solstice can also bring us into a period when we stress however as to how much we can achieve and this month our IChing Reading is Number 3 “Initial Difficulty”.
Despite its title this Hexagram has a positive message if you understand its valuable meditation and insight.
As the plant takes time to seed and emerge in maturity but firstly must form properly and meet the elements you may find this June that certain areas of your life plan are meeting what seem to be blocks or challenges but are in fact catalysts for growth.
Despite this appearance,you are called upon to stay on course.I often find in my spiritual counselling and teaching work that advising endurance and persistence in readings test people.Many of us want to see those results to believe in what we are doing!
What is the point we ask of enduring without those results and rewards? Should we really stick to our purpose or is it a waste of time?
Hexagram 3 advises us to understand our opposition whether personal or circumstantial and to work on perfecting our skills and understanding what we have to do to come to resolution. Think laterally and originally you will come to success. If you can use your intellect well now and refuse to give up positive thought and intent.
In this way we come to see frustration or even outright rejection in a really different way.ย As a true opportunity for growth while giving ourselves the encouragement to go forward and respecting ourselves and our efforts towards these goals.
